SUP = Bad idea. Traditional surfboard for surfing. Kayak for paddling. SUP is a combination of the disadvantages of both, not a combo of the best. Kayak.... basically the same size and bulk of a SUP but way more usable for seeing, paddling, comfort, exercise, bringing stuff. SUP decent at catching waves. HORRIBLE for surfing them. Get a traditional longboard for surfing. Get a kayak for paddling. The only people that would disagree are people that sell SUP's and people that have ONLY used an SUP. I've surfed and kayaked my whole life. You can argue, but you'll lose.

Why does your dog need a life vest

Dog life vets are actually dangerous, my friends dog died wearing one, he was fitted correctly for one, he fell of her kayak and flipped over the currents were strong and she could not get too him in time. She had a lab too, please don’t get a life vest there a waste, they put your dog in more danger

Nice looking board as usual from BS. Have the Great Bear 14' (prior model, not 2018) and the board oozes quality and is great on big rivers and lakes. BTW, also have the SOL Revere in mahagony. Nutha' sweet board. This winter in Wisconsin is killin' me. I need to get back on the water soon.
